GBI am trying to get Sagicor to respond… I am trying to get Sagicor to respond about my mother's policies since August and I am yet to received a call or an email from Sagicor. All contacts speaking to someone, "I had to go beyond the call of duty to reach out to someone." I have FedEx my documents, I have also visited your Mandeville office and have additional documents certified and sent to Mss. Higgins and have yet to receive a response from her to say that she is in receipt of the documents. I have furnished Sagicor with both my email and phone number and have yet to receive ONE form of communication from this company. If I was waiting on my mom's money for burial, the body would be rotten by now. They have no empathy or care whatsoever, and I am amazed that they are still in business with such unprofessionalism. GBI am still awaiting for my mother's… I am still awaiting for my mother's insurance card for the past 2 months. She is in hospital and the person in which all the paper work completed with at pines sagicor insurance has not conceretly communicating has to when the insurance card will be delivered. I am so disappointed and has been disrespected. Should my unwell mother suffer like this? I need an answer asap from the managing director. As I am in distress knowing the fact that I am in England and cannot reach out to my mother caring needs.

GBWell I could not get a better person … Well I could not get a better person to talk me in to joining this insurance company. And I don't regret am sorry am bad at namen I wrote his name down some where don't know where to find it now but I want him to grow and get bigger and better and to achieve is gold

GBHaven't heard from them since I signed … Haven't heard from them since I signed up. No emails, no surveys, not even a reminder that my monthly payment will be auto deducted.
