GBThey charged me for (2) premiums when I… They charged me for (2) premiums when I specifically requested that my policy not began until May 28th, the time I get paid each month. The policy was not sent to me to sign until early May. For whatever reason, they made the policy effective April 28th, although I do not sign the policy until May so they could take an extra premium from me. I emailed them about my concerns and they blamed my writing agent and insinuated that we both authorized the April 28th effective date which I DID NOT personally, the consumer. This is very unethical and unacceptable. They took advantage of an opportunity to grab another premium from me and they took advantage of me as a consumer. I am looking into other policies right now as a result of all of this.

GBI am trying to get Sagicor to respond… I am trying to get Sagicor to respond about my mother's policies since August and I am yet to received a call or an email from Sagicor. All contacts speaking to someone, "I had to go beyond the call of duty to reach out to someone." I have FedEx my documents, I have also visited your Mandeville office and have additional documents certified and sent to Mss. Higgins and have yet to receive a response from her to say that she is in receipt of the documents. I have furnished Sagicor with both my email and phone number and have yet to receive ONE form of communication from this company. If I was waiting on my mom's money for burial, the body would be rotten by now. They have no empathy or care whatsoever, and I am amazed that they are still in business with such unprofessionalism.
