GBLike talking to family The lady I spoke with was kind and easy to talk to. My last experience was so bad I almost cancelled. The lady talked over me and was so mean I actually almost cried. They raised my insurance and didn't tell me and she made me feel stupid for not knowing. My current phone call today was completely different. She laughed and was so helpful. Felt like I was talking to a family member.

GBHorrible servicio Horrible servicio. I've been contacting them for weeks. My car was stolen and it's been 2 weeks and zero responses. Raul Masias takes me to the mailbox and every time I call the company, it's a minimum of 30 minutes that I'm on hold trying to contact an agent so that last time I can cut off the call? what horrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. DON'T HIRE.
