Since I had a car that had a detailed electronic system they said all that would be cover, One year later I needed a repair for the emergency flashes, they said that was not covered. I cancelled my policy by the rules they requested. That was back in March 2018. They said they would refund my money. I spoke to them several times and said they would refund the money. Never received any money back. I contacted the "BBB" they contacted them, the company response was they would get the refund out to me very quickly. That was three months ago still nothing. Under no circumstances should anyone use this company, there is nothing they say or do that is to help the customer. Avoid at all cost

This place is a scam!! This place is a scam!!! they took my money so quickly after I paid for the top coverage plan over $3,000. I did not have one single claim while I had the plan. My car was totaled and was a total loss. I called and asked if I was entitled to a refund and was told yes and what information I needed to provide. I have provided all of the needed information and have waited over a year and a half for this refund. I have received nothing but the run around. Do not deal with this fraudulent company! Lies Lies Lies.... I was told they were going through a hardship because of the hurricane claims and referred to another company for my refund. Lies Lies Lies......
