This is my 3rd protection plan with them, and will continue to protect my vehicles with them in the future. The personal service and professionalism they offer and provide. They don't pay the employees or customers they are nothing more than crooks just go to BBB they have grade F look at all the reviews and complaints on bbb, Yelp and online. If you need to see proof I have several papers and documents to show and prove that all they do is scam anyone they come in contact with employees and customers.stay away from Patriot Protection Shield.

Everything was explained very well and… Everything was explained very well and thoroughly, our options and what everything would cost. The only question we really has was the company we were talking to just to make sure it's legit before giving out our debit card info.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! I purchased an extended warranty from Patriot and 2 years later I decided to trade my vehicle in. I submitted the required notarized paperwork to them May 11, 2018 and as of today I still have not received a penny back from Patriot. My wife and I have called them more times than I can count and every single call goes to voicemail so they can screen who they speak to. We have left at least 20 voicemails and neither of us have received any contact from them. I have filed a complaint with the BBB but I don't expect them to be able to get through to them either. Save your time and your MONEY and look elsewhere for an extended warranty. These guys are total scammers!
