Wow what an exemplary employee you have… Wow what an exemplary employee you have in Ms. Martin. Not only was she always professional and efficient but seemed to me to be quite personable. In my experience she demonstrated a level of genuine empathy and caring that is sorely lacking in most telephone based service situations. I speak to you not as a general client but as an individual who managed massive telephone sales centers for a major US airline. For better or worse I tend to hold telephone representatives to a high standard. Ms.Martin was able to turn me from planning to simply say no thank you and hanging up to accepting that she had information that I needed. I felt that she actually heard and understood what I said.
