GBWorst warranty company Worst warranty company to go through. Over three months since I’ve had my car and they refuse to cover anything. I pay for their most elite plan and yet have gotten nothing covered from them. Customer service is impossible to contact and when you get ahold of them no one is on the same page. The dealership cannot get ahold of them a majority of the time as well. Awful awful awful. I would never recommend this company to anyone. You’d be better taking all your money to a field and lighting it on fire than have Endurance as your warranty company. What a joke.

GBDesi Desi did an excellent job with my quote and answered all my questions an sent me my endurance purchase on line and pointed out key factors I needed to know. All good, mind you and it made it much easier to explain to my husband that works out of town. Thank you, Thank you!!

GBI have not had to use the warranty… I have not had to use the warranty process yet, when I do then I can tell you just how good it is. Signing up for your warranty was easy and the rep I dealt with was easy to work with.
