GBDo not waste your money dealing with… Do not waste your money dealing with Endurance. I had my insurance policy for 2 months and my transmission went out in my truck. They did not pay for it. They denied it because I had 22 inch tires on my truck. Their excuse was it didn’t have the size tires that the factory recommended, leave this company alone. Don’t waste your money.

GBThe customer service I received was… The customer service I received was 10/10 5 stars top tier. George was knowledgeable and kind. I myself manage an internet sales department and was very impressed by his sales/customer service skills. Can't speak for the warranty itself seeing as I haven't had to use it, but from what I could tell the coverage exceeded others by far. Impressed all the way around.

GBThe warranty is amazing The warranty is amazing! I have had a few car problems… all the mechanic has to do is call. Endurance makes sure they use good parts that have a warranty! It can be any easier or better!

GBExtremely poor customer service I called Endurance Vehicle Warranty, about a quote. I spoke with "John". He was extremely pushy and very high pressured. At one point he told me, "Steve, I'm just trying to...", I interrupted hom, and told him, that I think it best to end the call. At that point, I called and lodged a complaint with Endurance customer service. If that's their culture at Endurance to try and strong arm their prospective customers, then they'll be losing more customers than just me.
