Receiving emails about coverage. I started to receive emails stating I had not yet signed up for Endurance protection. Since I had purchased Endurance protection in December, 2023, I contacted them and they stated I was covered and they would stop the emails stating I was not covered. They quickly took care of this issue.

Desi Desi did an excellent job with my quote and answered all my questions an sent me my endurance purchase on line and pointed out key factors I needed to know. All good, mind you and it made it much easier to explain to my husband that works out of town. Thank you, Thank you!!

I have not had to use the warranty… I have not had to use the warranty process yet, when I do then I can tell you just how good it is. Signing up for your warranty was easy and the rep I dealt with was easy to work with.
