GBType of plan is important. Upon contacting the company, the employee began to explain a plan. When I asked if it covered everything like my original warranty, he immediately told me about the bumper to bumper plan. He listened to my explanation of my situation. We went forward with the coverage.

GBDo not I repeat do not get Endurance… Do not I repeat do not get Endurance Warranty coverage they do not want to pay out claims. I had a claim for timing belt on 2015 Volvo;they requested last 3 oil change receipts that I provided, because one of them was written out from Tire comp they denied my claim. I then submitted a new document that tire comp gave me w all my info on it. They still denied claim and accused me of altering the receipt(I'm a Officr* I would never do that). Any excuse to deny paying!! I have one payment left on my secure plus policy. This company is a joke! I'm filing complaints against w Better Business Bureau, and I'm retaining a LAWYER. They actually accused me of forging the receipt I resubmitted. They are awful! Save yourself the stress dont bother.

GBProfessional & Professional Customer Service When I first contacted Endurance, Robert was the person I spoke with. After receiving information from him I thought about the program for a few weeks. He respectfully stayed in contact with me and answered my questions as I posed them and I never felt pressured into making a decision. Robert's position is that if it makes sense, I'll come to the right decision. I had a previous experience with another extended warranty provider which was terrible. We bought our new GMC and then I contacted Robert to become an Endurance customer. He was professional during every contact we had and he is the main reason for choosing Endurance.

GBMy experience with Endurance has been outstanding. The company provided the coverage they claimed without unnecessary headaches. My experience with Endurance has been exceptional. I recently added coverage too another vehicle because of the great coverage that was provided on my first vehicle.

GBWorst warranty company Worst warranty company to go through. Over three months since I’ve had my car and they refuse to cover anything. I pay for their most elite plan and yet have gotten nothing covered from them. Customer service is impossible to contact and when you get ahold of them no one is on the same page. The dealership cannot get ahold of them a majority of the time as well. Awful awful awful. I would never recommend this company to anyone. You’d be better taking all your money to a field and lighting it on fire than have Endurance as your warranty company. What a joke.
