On an 12 month term the payback amount is $1500, not what I was quoted on the phone, not what was advertised, and the wait times and "I don't care" attitude of the staff really set the tone. I am paying this off as fast as I can and never going back

Jennifer assisted me both times I visited the location at 43rd ave & Bell Road. My husband and I are rebuilding our credit after some personal family losses so I had to ask for a temporary loan. Jennifer and her team worked with me to get my money fast and never made me feel less than human. They treated me fairly and honestly. Great when in a tight squeeze with money but aweful customer service. I have used 1 stop loans several times but this last time will probably be my last. I went in with all my information and ready to fill out the application. The lady assisting me was very rude from the beginning. She acted like i was a criminal and spoke down to me throughout the entire process. I never disrespected her and gave the information when asked but I will definitely will not use 1 stop anymore. There are many other loan services and I have let my friends as well.
