#Winning! I never heard of Rhino until I found the apartment I'm currently living in. These days, in states like Colorado, it can be really tricky to live comfortably and always pay your bills on time. Without Rhino, I wouldn't have been able to move into my apartment. The fact that they were able to take care of my entire deposit really changed the course for my future. Threatened collections with no warning I signed for Rhino through my property management company and at the beginning, it was a great deal. It’s a great option for those who can’t afford an entire security deposit. However, when we left that rental, we got insane charges from our property management company. Rhino presented these to me and my roommate and requested payment. They said they would need a settlement within two months. After 7 days, while I was coordinating with my roommate and management company, I got an email that said since they hadn’t heard from me, they were going to send my payment to collections. I didn’t get any warning of this and they gave me no indication that they required a response within 7 days. I would recommend that everyone be careful with this company as I believe the threat to send me to collections was just a way to get me to respond and settle quicker.

Great help for financial emergencies Although i was grieving from the passing of my mother. Rhino made my expenses for moving like a weight lifted off my shoulders by allowing me to keep my deposit to help with the funeral and gave me monthly payments instead. I am forever grateful.
