GBThreatened collections with no warning I signed for Rhino through my property management company and at the beginning, it was a great deal. It’s a great option for those who can’t afford an entire security deposit. However, when we left that rental, we got insane charges from our property management company. Rhino presented these to me and my roommate and requested payment. They said they would need a settlement within two months. After 7 days, while I was coordinating with my roommate and management company, I got an email that said since they hadn’t heard from me, they were going to send my payment to collections. I didn’t get any warning of this and they gave me no indication that they required a response within 7 days. I would recommend that everyone be careful with this company as I believe the threat to send me to collections was just a way to get me to respond and settle quicker.

GBThank You Perla! Perla helped me so much while I was dealing with some ex roommate drama. Made sure to help me cancel everything as I dont live at the apartment anymore. She had made the process very easy and stress free. Definitely amazing customer service 10/10 would recommend.

GBRHINO has been the perfect alternative… RHINO has been the perfect alternative to having a security deposit. When I was moving in, we were tight for money, and thinking of spending hundreds extra for a security deposit we were likely to never get back was overwhelming. RHINO was offered as an alternative for $27 a month and now 10 months into my lease, I know I made the smartest decision financially for myself and my roommates. They also allow you to set up automatic payments which makes keeping up with the payments feel effortless. I will be using RHINO wherever it’s offered!:)

GBI love the fact that this company gives… I love the fact that this company gives people, like me, the opportunity to pay a low monthly fee or a low full year up front fee to cover the of my full security deposit. Without it , I would not have been abele to move into my apartment. The online portal is very user friendly and super convenient and allows me to make changes to my account without any extra added stress!

GBHow im glad Rhino was around to helped me… Rhino really helped me when It would had been alittle stressful tryin to come up with a deposit and first month's rent. I never have heard of rhino until I applied for my apartment. I really love the fact they help with coverage of the apartment also if it's water damage and all due to the fact, most insurances don't cover it. There real helpful and you can contact them anytime. Customer service is great and will answer any questions you have. Glad I found them.
