GBI just completed my first year with… I just completed my first year with Hagerty Ins. As I was completing the renewal, I noticed the cost for the Hagerty driving Club/Magazine is separate from the Insurance costs. Is membership necessary? I could put that $$ towards parts! She is 50 years old now!🤣😂

GBQuick and easy claim I’ve had Hagerty for quite a few years while I’ve owned a classic car. Never had to file a claim until recently and I have to say that it was very easy to file the claim and the claim adjuster was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone with a classic vehicle to get Hagerty.

GBI didn’t think about my insurance til I was actually in a wreck I have been a Hagerty customer since 2017, never made a claim. In March 2024, I was in an accident with my 64 VW beetle. Everyone I dealt with at Hagerty were great, they walked me through the steps of the process, and within a month they had issued me payment for my totaled car, and I could start looking for my next project. They treated me great, would recommend to anyone with a classic car!

GBDealing with Hagerty is Easy and Stress Free Dealing with Hagerty is Easy Hagerty has been insurug my collection for many years now. On the rare occasion that something happens they are right there. A few weeks ago my wife and I were out in our convertible Saab enjoying the east end of of Long Island on a Sunday afternoon. All of a sudden a loud bang and we coast to the side of the road ( CV joint) Called the roadside service and a flatbed arrived about 45 minutes later. Winched the car up and secured it, gave us all a ride home to my garage where it was carefully unloaded and pushed inside by the driver and myself.. I would term it white glove service. As a member of the Drivers club I enjoy the magazine and have gotten some interesting insights and products advertised. The cost of insuring my cars is quite reasonable and with auto pay I don't worry about overlooking the bill. If Hagerty offered insurance on my everyday drivers I would sign up in minute. outstanding customer service.

GBRoadside Assistance is Awful (Offshored to Agero) Hagerty advertises themselves as a high-end service, but they offshore roadside assistance to Agero. And Agero is completely awful. Their call center in the Philippines has a list of every fly-by-night tow operator, and they run down the list until they find someone cheap so Agero can pocket the profits. So customers wait hours for tow truck drivers who are already mad their getting shortchanged. And it's no surprise they cancel jobs or no-show when they get a better deal. Despite providing detailed feedback on this to both Hagerty and Agero management, they are all more interested in lining their pockets while you sit stranded on the side of the road.
