Hagerty has been the insurer of my 2019… Hagerty has been the insurer of my 2019 Corvette since I purchased it, and I have happy with the communication and pricing from the company.

Boy oh boy Mathew is EXACTLY right… Boy oh boy Mathew is EXACTLY right regarding the horsesh$t roadside assistance. Sucks ass and then some. Waited several hours 3 times. Now I just call my local guys who actually care. Hagerty itself has been great but don’t count on ANY roadside “assistance”

Hagerty Marketplace leaves much to be desired IInsurance part is great but the Hagerty Marketplace is not if you want to put a reserve on your vehicle for auction. They set the reserve price which is wholesale and you will need to be willing to accept that price for your vehicle if the bid only meets the reserve. I was not. If you don’t agree with their reserve pricing too bad, it’s their way or the highway. They appear to be more interested in making a sale no matter what the price and do not consider the sellers wishes. It’s a free service for members so what do they have to lose unless they have a sales quota or they receive some type of commission on a sale?

Made a hard situation easy........ Have multiple cars insured through hagerty for 5 years now, unfortunately 1 of my classics met its demise. tboned by other driver and claimed total loss. As much as it hurt to see my car leave on the tow truck, Hagerty made the claim process easy. Every single person I came in contact with at hagerty sent and told me how sorry they were for my loss..... knowing our cars are family members too. Great company and only one i insure any collector or classic car with. A+

My car was damaged on Aug My car was damaged on Aug. 1st and I filed a claim. It took several weeks and many follow up phone calls to get an appraisor that didn't communcate with me at all to even send me a check to start my repairs. The appraisor failed to look under the car for damage. Now nearly 6 months in the body shop, I need a mechanic to replace the clutch etc. underneath the car and I've waited ~ 2 weeks and no contact. I think my agent's name is Devin Doherty.
