Stop scrolling this is the company you want! Extremely responsive and diligent! I emailed Jean C. on a referral from a friend at 9pm on a Tuesday. I received an immediate reply email with an appt. the next day. I was quoted multiple options for family coverage and we are insured under contract by Thursday. I have never received better customer service! Expectations were exceeded, response was immediate with good information, Jean is a superstar! They are the best in the business! Unless you prefer smacking your head against a brick wall, do not use anyone else! Period.

Highly recommended Very clear, informative options for our insurance. He took the time and asked the right questions to help understand our specific needs. We had many options to choose from and were very happy with the results. We didn’t feel rushed or directed to any specific company or service but found clear choices for our benefit!

Scam or fake company This company must be fake. We completed a medicare enrollment for my dad online. 2 weeks later and still no calls or any letters about the plan we picked. We checked Medicare.gov and they never enrolled my dad, what did they do with his personal information? We called Aetna today and completed the enrollment ourselves.

The insurance guy from Iowa After the phone call on speaker, my husband made the comment that he really liked the "guy from Iowa". Bill took his time and re-explained what we had talked about a few days earlier everything in very understandable terms to my husband. And Mike (nearly) never makes a positive comment, so Bill: well done!!
