Exploration of options yields information and honesty! Was exploring whether to ditch my former employer's plan (I'm retired, but can continue if I pay full cost). Spoke to Fred d.l.T who investigated things for me and ended up encouraging me to keep the plan that I am on because it's the best for me. Appreciate the quick response, the great knowledge, and the honesty. I'll absolutely go back to him if things change with my former employer.

The insurance guy from Iowa After the phone call on speaker, my husband made the comment that he really liked the "guy from Iowa". Bill took his time and re-explained what we had talked about a few days earlier everything in very understandable terms to my husband. And Mike (nearly) never makes a positive comment, so Bill: well done!!

Actual live person who was wonderful. The woman I dealt with, Lisa, was awesome. Unfortunately the software they use had a few glitches but Lisa figured a way around the problem. Maybe it was pandemic related. But nothing was a deal breaker. She searched for the best coverage for my medications. I’m confident that I got a great deal. I kept her contact information for future use.

My yearly Insurance checkup. I have been working with Brittany Robichaud since November of 2018. And I just got through with my yearly insurance check up and as usual Britney was excellent. She has a wonderful personality and makes you feel comfortable asking Maybe, silly questions! The thing that I value the most is that you don't feel rushed and if you have a question she will go to Great depths to find the answer. And if she can't find it while you're in the office I promise you she will find it! You just feel very assured that she knows her business very well! Thanks Brittany, you never let me down!
