Unfair Ratings Not Consistent with Experience I am at a complete loss to understand the 2 one ratings that Laura has received. Laura has been my agent for over 8 years. The National Chrysler Retirement Organization (NCRO) consisting of over 7000 registered members, with myself as a Board member, has continued to list Laura on their webste as a trusted agent since vetting her 7 years ago. She has helped many of our members find the health insurance that suits their needs. She has never received even a single complaint in all these years.
