This team have it down This team have it down. They made a complicated, confusing and frustrating process and decision making very easy. They walk you through every detail, make comparisons and even register you into the plans. As most people, we always had insurance via our employer and never had to worry about the plans. Then retirement and you are left on your own to figure it out and sometimes it is very costly. Not with this team, they have it together and explain everything clearly, shop for you and there isn't anything they won't do to help you out. Thank YOU...

Unfair Ratings Not Consistent with Experience I am at a complete loss to understand the 2 one ratings that Laura has received. Laura has been my agent for over 8 years. The National Chrysler Retirement Organization (NCRO) consisting of over 7000 registered members, with myself as a Board member, has continued to list Laura on their webste as a trusted agent since vetting her 7 years ago. She has helped many of our members find the health insurance that suits their needs. She has never received even a single complaint in all these years. Laura Comancho is EXTREMELY Unprofessional Laura, the above rating is for you. After hearing from friends that are also clients of Chelsea Goin that you sent out an email to Chelsea’s clients (Chelsea helped me find the right policy for my needs in 2023 that I am pleased with and still have) throwing her under the bus, besmirching her reputation by spewing your untruths, and Chelsea not being given a platform to defend herself, I find your behavior malicious, dishonest, and EXTREMELY unprofessional. Of all the insurance agents I have dealt with, both in business and personally, Chelsea is the most professional, knowledgeable, and above all, the most honest insurance agent I have ever met. Her integrity is rare and is to be admired. She has only had my best interest as her client as her top concern. It is disgusting the way you have treated her. This email is not being written in an emotional state, but rather in a mature, calm one. As a result of your repulsive behavior, remove my contact information from your files.
