Tears of joy!!! In speaking with Everett Burnett @trust pilot I felt very comfortable with how he presented everything to me. I wanted to listen to him and knew with everything he said that it was truthful and going to help me in so many ways. I am so happy that I listened and he listened to me and we were able to possibly change how I will be living from month to month now that he has put me on the Humana honor plan. I was sure I was going to stay with my… I was sure I was going to stay with my current carrier but Deborah patiently listened to what was important to me and found me a better deal with the AI. She was a little bit country and talked my language and I recommended her to my friend that is just turning 65.

Take your BUSINESS some where else! If they contact you, please do not give them a chance. They brokered me and my wife into buying insurance. We bought it. They called us to get us a better deal thru another insurance. We fell for it. They didnt help us cancel the first insurance company (pacific life). They didnt send us paperwork for the new insurance company (Americo). We called them a million times. No ones answers. No call backs no matter how many times you ask for them. Two insurance companies are taking premiums and we cant cancel. When we call the insurance companies, they tell us to contact our agents/underwriters/producers. Our underwriters/producers are Health IQ. What a business!

People that help The person that made my experience great was Lily. She made the whole process easy for me because I had a lot of questions that I though were re repetitive. Lily really made me feel comfortable enough to where I had no problem asking her questions about my new plan. .
