My agent was very helpful as he help me get everything I needed. My agent was very helpful as he help me get the most I could get and kept letting me know I would be out of pocket 0 dollars as I had bad experience with another agency. But I’m waiting on all my paperwork as I choose to get it by mail to read up on everything. Looking forward to seeing everything come together as it goes in effect January 1

Valerie was very helpful in my decision… Valerie was very helpful in my decision to use Gentene Corp as my insurance provider. Its hard to trust someone over the phone telling you about insurances and hoping after you have chosen that it will work for you. Valerie help ease my mind by being extremely knowledgeable about the different products that are included in the package I chose.

Tears of joy!!! In speaking with Everett Burnett @trust pilot I felt very comfortable with how he presented everything to me. I wanted to listen to him and knew with everything he said that it was truthful and going to help me in so many ways. I am so happy that I listened and he listened to me and we were able to possibly change how I will be living from month to month now that he has put me on the Humana honor plan.
