GBI had a lockout situation in my… I had a lockout situation in my driveway. I reached out to Roadside Assistance and within 45 minutes the technician showed up and I was in my truck quickly. The tech was friendly, efficient, and thorough. I did not have to pay extra for it because I have SnoopCare! I recommend SnoopDrive to everyone!!

GBI did not read this well before signing… I did not read this well before signing up and though i was buying car insurance. They let me know it was a service contract instead and i decided to keep it since it was so cheap and offered through my company.

GBGood news first- the extra benifits… Good news first- the extra benifits included with my warranty saved me so much money. Like roadside assistance and rental assistance. I did think the claims process the first time took a little long.

GBI was hoping to get "Premium Plus"… I was hoping to get "Premium Plus" coverage but it is apparently not offered on my vehicle.. their "Essentials" coverage is comparable to my current policy so I will keep it but I hope I can qualify for one of their better coverage's in the future...

GBI have read complaints and I think… I have read complaints and I think their policies are one hundred percent transparent if you read them thoroughly I did just that and have had no problems with claims on either of my two vehicles.
