We were never contacted about being charge for the monthly service contract which we notified them of our desire to cancel their service contract before the payment was due at least a week before and they still charged us and they have never contacted us about the charge to date. Refund us back our money!!!!!! My advice to anyone wanting a service contract go with a company that does not use administrators to do their dirty work.

So far i only had one minor issue with… So far i only had one minor issue with filling claims but they rectified the issue. I have used the services three times and I have not had any issues with getting my vehicle repaired. I will continue using this warranty as long as I have the car.

I took my truck to the local dealership… I took my truck to the local dealership for engine trouble, the dealership wrote up a parts list and stated on the repair quote what was needed and why it was needed. They denied the claim at first because of an error i made on the mileage. I called SnoopDrive and they fixed it for me right away. The rest of the claim went without another issue. Thanks!
