GBI have read complaints and I think… I have read complaints and I think their policies are one hundred percent transparent if you read them thoroughly I did just that and have had no problems with claims on either of my two vehicles.

GBI would say the website is pretty easy… I would say the website is pretty easy no navigate but I ended up purchasing powertain coverage when I wanted premium. They were able to cancel what I purchased and help me get the coverage I wanted at the end.

GBThe last post from the business is an… The last post from the business is an outright lie. We were never contacted about being charge for the monthly service contract which we notified them of our desire to cancel their service contract before the payment was due at least a week before and they still charged us and they have never contacted us about the charge to date. Refund us back our money!!!!!! My advice to anyone wanting a service contract go with a company that does not use administrators to do their dirty work.
