Fantastic experience The best thing about my experience was my agent Shaneze. She made my whole experience fantastic. She explain things in every day language that was amazing. I highly recommend this organization for any future work with Medicare.

A friendly voice in the dark Tony was my guide to this experience. I found him to be delightful and very knowledgeable. He was patient and understanding He made sure that I understood everything,he had said, before going on to the next part. You could use more repetitive like him.

I thought the policy I had was the best; boy was I wrong I was so certain that I had the best Medicare Plan available that I was just going to allow the agent to do his job and I would get off the call quickly. Well Keith talked to me as if we had known each other since he was born. He listened and went to work to find be something better than what I had. We talked for almost two hours, and now I do have the best policy available. He was knowledgeable, personable, relatable and really good at being the best Customer Representative you could possibly have in your company. Thank you!

I spoke with Jermaine Daniels who went… I spoke with Jermaine Daniels who went out of his way to go over ALL the plans that ALL the companies had to offer that would be the best for me! (Talk about a run on sentence!) We were on the phone for quite some time going over everything and ALL my needs AND expenses and came up with one, Humana that satisfied all my needs! I have to commend Jermaine for his tenacity, drive, professionalism, commitment and sense of humor which made our conversation well worthwhile AND entertaining as well as educational!
