Extra Benefits USELESS! I can’t use Extra Benefits for grocery shopping as none of the partner stores are near me and stores I shop are not accepting the card. I called and wrote several times but Aetna/Nations is not responsive. Phone clerks understand but can’t help. The eyeglasses place ON THE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS does not accept Medicare! EXTRA benefits as offered by Aetna is USELESS to me!!

He was professional, courteous, attentive and patient, and spoke to me like a real person, not just a potential source of income. Excellent customer service. My service representative is Jasmin. She was so helpful with any questions I had. She found information I did not even ask for or know to ask. She really took the time to explain the benefits to me in terms anyone would understand. I believe she went above and beyond with her customer service and I believe she does the same with every client she interacts with. I am very pleased that Jasmin was the support person who answered my call.
