Dental dilemma Had an issue with my new Medigap plan which was supposed to cover dental. UHC said it wasn't covered. Notified Eduardo who then notified Eli and connected me up with UHC who advised that it was a discount not insurance. UHC rep gave me dentegra discount ID number to give to my dentist. Unfortunately dentegra doesn't Supply ID cards but Eli volunteered to add the ID number to to my account for future use. Very happy with ample assured quick and efficient response

Michael T is Amazing and the world needs more people like him Michael came to our home and was off the bat friendly and polite and very well mannered. He was a breath of fresh air in this business of helping the elderly that I have been running around unsuccessfully like a rat on a rat wheel. He was helpful, informative, knowledgeable, patient with my 80 year old mom who tends to stray off topic or tell a story before answering a question and never once did he seem annoyed or short temereped about it. He in fact was the opposite and indulged her which she loved. The information he was able to provide us was invaluable as it all gets so confusing. He was a huge help and I am so very grateful to him for taking the time to assist us today. He gave my 80 year old mom something she hasn't had in a long time dealing with the red tape in Healthcare and assistance...hope. Thank you Michael!
