Mr Rheo was a very well informed … Mr Rheo was a very well informed person and took the time to explain any question and everything he was doing until we understood it all. A month later everything he said he would be doing on that day is in effect and to our benefit. There's a second part to what he was going to do, and we're now there so we'll see. Michael T is Amazing and the world needs more people like him Michael came to our home and was off the bat friendly and polite and very well mannered. He was a breath of fresh air in this business of helping the elderly that I have been running around unsuccessfully like a rat on a rat wheel.
