She was so reassuring, and sounded kind- I was so happy to speak with someone who actually wanted to help us and knew what she was doing. She followed up with us several times as we moved through the process, and came through with the policy that we needed. I just have to say that I’m very impressed.

She answered all the questions I asked her as well as inform me of the facts of my insurance policy and what I need to show DMV. She offered her direct contact information that allows me to get in contact with her directly if I ever have any issues with my issuance. Overall, wonderful customer service! Highly recommend!
