Rosa’s Amazing Service Review Rosa made my experience great, I do not know what training you guys gave her, but MAKE SURE all your employees are training the same way she did. She was the single most helpful person I have ever spoken to over the phone, she eased my tension and made me laugh (even though I’m incredibly stressed and currently worried). She spent 30 minutes of her time helping me and throughout the entire time, she was an angel. She’s kind, respectful, helpful, wise, and insanely genuine. I couldn’t get all of the answers I needed through that phone call, and she went out of her way to schedule another phone call for me. She is truly a blessing and I cannot thank her enough. I pray that she gets a recognition because she made day and not only that, but she made my entire DUI situation better through her wise words and kindness; Im 20 years old and no one has given me the same respect that she has.
