So glad I went through the Medicare Family Elisha explained everything perfectly and having me write it all down a certain way as to make more sense. I appreciate her professionalism, patience and knowledge. I had to go back and ask for an IRMA and she explained how that would help lower my costs and the details too. We finalized everything today (30 days later) and I feel very confident in my decisions. All had worked out in my favor.
