I feel so knowledgeable I started speaking with Mike in 2023 as I was turning 65 in July 2024, I had unending questions about Medicare. I was completely unknowledgeable and Mike was patient, spoke slowly, and helped me understand. I never felt that he was rushing me to get off the phone.
