Outstanding customer support, extremely quick email replies I was initially panicking because my school changed its insurance coverage requirements, and the original ISO plan I bought no longer worked. So I emailed ISO, and Jonathan quickly replied within 30 minutes. He patiently worked with me to find a new plan, and calmly addressed the numerous questions I had. Thanks to Jonathan, I felt at ease through out the process. Would definitely recommend ISO to my friends because of its outstanding service!

Correction in policy in no time!!! Bought cover with wrong dates and as well wanted an extension of a month. Stacy from ISO corrected everything without any fine or additional fees.
