Jalen was constantly asking me after… Jalen was constantly asking me after any information he gave me, if I understand what he was telling me, he took his time explaining things to me when I had questions and made it understandable for me. This time around This time around, I had someone call me to find out how they can help. After several calls trying to get a refund, Dessi ensured a refund would be coming back to me. She left her personal number just in case I had any issues and problems. I also wanted her to thank her supervisor for giving me some good advice as to calling my credit union. So thank you everyone
