GBI spoke to Kirby in customer service… I spoke to Kirby in customer service and I needed a refund on a policy. She escalated my request and a refund will be issued. I appreciate the quick response to my request. I’m very happy with the service I received.

GBIt's a scam It's a SCAM !!! You will just lose your money and will never get any insurance. Do not trust this company. They take your money, give you a number that you can call back, but nobody ever pick it up. All the papers and ID card I was promised to received by mail and email I never received. They will charge your card every month. They don't accept Capital One card and they made 4 initial charges (total $476.97), one of them is $1.99...isn't that suspicious!?

GBThe system has been broken and not fixed after 6 months It’s almost hard to believe, but after 6 months the same problem has not been corrected. Every month I get a notices that they need payment (I paid in full for the year). Even better, in March they tried to charge my card. Luckily the charge was stopped and my credit card deemed it as fraud. So now they have no payment so this shouldn’t happen again. However this is a continued issue from when they over charged me when I was paying monthly (and then some that was unauthorized). Jessica tries her best however it is not her problem to fix, just report. I will not be renewing with quickhealth as I am exhausted from them not fixing their continuous errors.

GBIf I could do zero stars I would!!!! If I could do zero stars I would. DO NOT get duped by this company. They repeatedly try to take out funds without approval, are not issuing my refund, and are really a discount plan and not true insurance. So many hours of my life dealing with unethical and time sucking company. They tried to charge almost 17k without approval claiming it was a glitch. Then multiple other attempts at 13k or more. Then when I cancel my policy and want a refund for the 3k that I DID NOT approve to be taken out of my account, then suddenly Jesus is always out of the office and it has been sent to Tonya who hasn’t contacted me either. When I was insured by them they kept sending me the wrong policy information. I had to call the insurance company itself to get the correct policy number bc the one QuickHealth sent on multiple occasions wasn’t correct. I have never written a review before but the level of shadiness in this company has compelled me to. Don’t waste your time or money with QuickHealth. You will regret it.
