The communication delays and general difficulty in connecting with a person as well as Travelex policy on changes made this difficult. My work changes quickly and I need to be able to make changes to my policy easily.

The Best Travel Ins. Company I have been using Travelex for all of my trips for many years now and the company is excellent. There have been a few occasions when I've had to file a claim due to unforseen circumstances and Travelex has always come through with paying my claim in a very swift manner. I never travel without getting travel insurance for all of my international travels (which are many); it's just part of the cost of travel. I highly recommend the company.

Not that you had anything to do with… Not that you had anything to do with the fact that I didn't have to use the benefits of my travel insurance. But I've used other travel insurance and am still waiting for a refund after 6 months after I filed a claim. My roomate has long haul COVID and wasn't able to go, therefore we canceled about 45 days before we were to leave. She's been paid out, I'm still fighting for mine.

Optional Coverages Called and was given a very reasonable quote, was not forced to cover our entire trip which was very expensive, but was given the option of insuring for the minimum. Very much appreciated. Appreciate your user friendly website! We are now back from our trip to Antarctica and we had a wonderful trip! No claim from Travelex was necessary, thank goodness!

Excellent coverage and review of loss. I insures an Antarctic trip taken January 2022, which was terminated early due to Covid on board. I was informed I has 1 year to submit claim with all the documentation for lost day (10% of trip), submitted it 8-9 months after the fact. Claimed reviewed with 4 weeks, and paid the lost 10%. No fuss, no muss. Only travel company I use now.
