Reimbursement on tire rotation and oil change. Recently got my car’s tire rotation and oil change with the reimbursement option. I wasn’t too sure how it worked but customer service told me that the digital card was my reimbursement and I could use it online within 30 days although the email says it has to be used within 7, and that it can be used multiple times until the balance is $0. That helped a lot to know that for future references.

The easy payment process when taking in… The easy payment process when taking in my car. However, the length of time on hold is awful and opening back up on Saturdays would be extremely helpful for those of us who work during the week.

Glad partial Glad partial , payment was covered , It would seem to me that along with oil change ,at 60,000 miles that that Tran s oil change and differential oil and spark plug change would be considered preventive maint to be covered , tell me why I’m wrong in my thinking . Since I have’nt had a claim since I’ve had my truck

Protect your money don't use this company After buying a car from browns car company in maldon essex and paying for the protect my car warranty ( an extra £450 ) for the year , I then had a problem so the car went in for the repair at a place of my choice , the car was fixed promptly but I had to front the money! Now 2 months down the line I'm unable to make contact via the contact number and I've had no reply from my last email, spoke to browns car company about the problem who sounded uninterested and couldn't wait to hang up. Do not use either compamy. customer service is non existent! I will be paying a visit

Pretty good deal I have to say it's a pretty good deal we have the Platinum plan and they pay out right away as long as you follow the right procedures. One thing it dose take a while to answer their phones but if you start calling when you leave the house they usually answer by the time you get there
