GBIt’s very easy to request service It’s very easy to request service. Did call the contractor to schedule the appointment and time. The tech came out on the early of the 4 hour span. He was done within the hour.

GBMost BS company ever Most BS company ever, taking two house back to diff warranty company, my second claim in 2 years and they had me waiting for a whole month with no freezer, tech guy told me about how they will play me but i didnt belive till it happened, i would not recommend this company for any one! Worst customer service too

GBQuick response and resolution! Quick response. Professional interaction. Service tech knew what he was doing. Quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Part arrived within days and 2nd service call happened in same week. Both times the service tech was on time and very professional.

GBGARBAGE DISPOSAL REPAIR The plumber came out and used the wrench on the bottom of the disposal where it worked again. He left and the next day it was humming again with no grinding. I called them back out and he worked on doing tests and said it's fine. Since the last visit it has done the same thing a couple of times but it's apparent this company does not want to provide a new disposal just wants me to keep resetting it with the wrench if there are problems.
