GBBy the book. Your Sears tech was really by the book. His work order said "oven". and not "microwave". He was going to leave, until I called your office, and was told it was ok to fix. He is really by the book. He did a great job on the dryer. But the microwave was different.

GBMost BS company ever Most BS company ever, taking two house back to diff warranty company, my second claim in 2 years and they had me waiting for a whole month with no freezer, tech guy told me about how they will play me but i didnt belive till it happened, i would not recommend this company for any one! Worst customer service too

GBFirst Am is only as goo … First Am is only as good as their contractors. Most of my experience is ok. Getting rid of a problem contractor takes effort.

GBCentral Vacuum Issue The contractor was assigned in a timely manner and he quickly assessed the issue. As it turns out, his company had installed the original central vacuum, 30 years ago. Once it was determined a new unit was needed, it was < a week to get this ordered, scheduled and installed.

GBThis company is beyond terrible... This company is beyond terrible.... My husband started a claim on march 22nd......today is May 1st and still nothing installed!!!!!!! This is the worst customer service and company out there! BEWARE
