GBFast, easy, low overhead Buying insurance is a pain, but necessary to do business (even if certain required insurance doesn't make sense for your business, ex: not a lot of workplace injuries in web dev shop ;-)). These guys cut it down to the bare essentials to get what you need for a tech company. I've used them to insure two of my companies.

GBInsurance (complication) made easy Holly Burton was great and helpful. I was at lost with all the insurance matters. She quickly jumped into action and helped to expedite all my requests.

GBCustomer service It seems very difficult to work thru questions or concerns. We end up with 10-15 emails that could easily be taken care of in a few minutes with a call. Its difficult to get anyone to answer questions. There is MUCH needed improvement in customer service and relations.
