GBFast, easy, low overhead Buying insurance is a pain, but necessary to do business (even if certain required insurance doesn't make sense for your business, ex: not a lot of workplace injuries in web dev shop ;-)). These guys cut it down to the bare essentials to get what you need for a tech company. I've used them to insure two of my companies.

GBCustomer service It seems very difficult to work thru questions or concerns. We end up with 10-15 emails that could easily be taken care of in a few minutes with a call. Its difficult to get anyone to answer questions. There is MUCH needed improvement in customer service and relations.

GBI really don't understand my renewall process I really don't understand what is going on with my insurance renewal. I have received emails from techinsurance, insureon, the hartford and more. And calls from a different agent all together I think. I have no idea if another agent has taken over my account. It's all pretty confusing. I'm not sure if I signed up for 2 different policies or it's the same policy.

GBSuper buggy website Super buggy website, still unable to complete my quote. Update 2/12/24: My account manager did reach out to me and is attempting to get the issue resolved. This appears to be a technical issue with my account data, as others (even a close friend) was able to successfully update their company info for a quote.
