GBUSER FRIENDLY Fetch is user friendly, especially for those more 'seasoned citizens' who have difficulty navigating complex websites. I could easily find what was needed and the email reminders are helpful.

GBLess stress about Vet costs = more quality time with my pup. I have had Pet Plan/Fetch pet insurance for my dogs for the last 15 years and have never been disappointed. The process to make a claim and get reimbursed has always been effortless and quick, and I'm referring to illnesses and surgeries in the thousands. Most recently was a dental surgery and cleaning for my youngest pup, who is now 6 yrs old, and needed a few teeth removed due to a jaw bone issue. The Vet's office emailed me the invoice and all the paperwork/Dr's notes for the procedure, which I just forwarded to my Fetch account and submitted. I received the payment directly to my bank account within 2 weeks! Fetch has made paying Vet bills a lot less harrowing, it's actually a breeze.
