Do not deal with these guys. You will only get problems and no claims payout. Therefore, I will most likely prohibit my clients from accepting insurance from Bonza if they have it.

Check Out This Company I can't speak to the handling of claims as fortunately there was no need. But I feel confident about this company. Very clear descriptions of the policies. When I nevertheless picked the wrong one at first, I received my refund instantly. That was awesome, and I didn't have to think twice before purchasing the (rental car) policy I really needed.

Easy to order and easy to change when you need to Not only was it easy to order the insurance, but when I decided I ordered more than I thought I needed I filled out the online form and they responded within a few hours, even on the weekend, and refunded me the difference without issue or needing to explain myself further. Plus, when I showed my email with the policy numbers to the rental car agent he said what Bonzah charges is far less than what they would charge at the counter (Enterprise in my case).
