GBEvonna was exceptional Evonna was exceptional. She listened, asked questions, provided recommendations and WHY recommending to go that direction. Answered all our questions and worked with us filling out the applications. No pressure to make a decision right then, but we we wanted to move forward so now feel in control of being a first timer medicare applicant.

GBStill got nowhere Called twice, on hold 30 minutes first time, an hour second time, then disconnected. I changed my name at April 11th appointment. I received my Social security card, but need Medicare card. Medicare told me last week they can’t send new card because social security hasn’t notified them of name change. Social security said they aren’t required to notify them. Someone, please help me!!! I have upcoming Doctor appointments, and need card with name correctly on it.

GBAgent got me signed up for a second… Agent got me signed up for a second Part D plan (not totally her fault). She was also going to send information about dental and vision, but I subsequently found out that I had been enrolled

GBJermaine was very helpful and patient Jermaine was very helpful and patient. This was the first time I've had to buy Medigap insurance and he was very patient with all of my questions. And I'm sure I asked the same questions over and over again. He set me up with insurance for my husband and I will be calling back to my other representative that I've already spoken to regarding my short-term insurance.

GBMedicare itself is a wonderful thing… Medicare itself is a wonderful thing but all the information you need to know and all the abbreviations are just too much. I am thankful for all the people who can explain what is best and what things mean. What everyone has to remember, is that it is not the young minds that need this so it is confusing for the older person. I am thankful for the expertise of others.
