She guided me and made me feel very confident once a plan was chosen. She saw the process entirely through as she actually did the enrollment and assured me that she would still be there for guidance once everything was in place. Medicare itself is a wonderful thing… Medicare itself is a wonderful thing but all the information you need to know and all the abbreviations are just too much. I am thankful for all the people who can explain what is best and what things mean. What everyone has to remember, is that it is not the young minds that need this so it is confusing for the older person. I am thankful for the expertise of others.
