On the side of right I had a situation with this company. and they were not willing to resolve it. But Michael at Heritage Associates stepped in and let me see that they care about their clients and being on the side of right.

I appreciate Ms. Payne for her assistance in providing me with peace of mind in taking care of my future funeral needs and her attention to customer service. I recently had two Matriarchs in our family die within days of each other. Devastating for sure, but each Woman had the forsight to have paid funeral arrangements in place.
