The nice insurance lady! Well the lady that helped me was very nice and helpful she explained everything to me so that I could understand not like other insurance companies that don't explain nothing to you or take the time to answer the questions there always in a hurry but she was very nice and calmed and curtious. I'm happy with her. I wish I could remember her name.

On the side of right I had a situation with this company. and they were not willing to resolve it. But Michael at Heritage Associates stepped in and let me see that they care about their clients and being on the side of right.

Be prepared It wouldn't hurt anyone to be prepared for the final day. And this company seems to be quite respected for providing smooth and quality funeral services. I was glad to see that they offer cremation services as well. All in all, they will get you covered with whatever your final wish is, and make the process less stressful for your family.
