GBour representative was pleasant to… our representative was pleasant to start. then when questioned about policies she did not reveal all the small print. it was very misleading. this caused us to make a poor choice in our policy. when asked direct questions she shied away from the topic or just told us what we wanted to hear, which resulted in a horrible experience. when filing a claim she was immediately very abrupt to the point of rudeness. the tone was very inappropriate for someone that should be there to help us in a dire situation. essentially, the inaccurate information cost us a lot of money.
