In an era were customer service is lacking, itscovered did not get the memo. They seriously go above and beyond.

GBJake was incredibly helpful and… Jake was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We spent some extra time going through the policies and adding some additional liability coverage I thought would be prudent given past experiences. Jake helped me do this with 'sensible' suggestions that would not break the bank.

He made this normally horrendous task of comparing insurance policies/coverages so very easy. We were given a detail walk through of New policy , and we were also able to lower our Auto Policy as a result.
