I happened to find the policy I was looking for on Saturday afternoon so I left a message. I received a return call Monday morning. Erica Maffei was the agent I worked with; she was very helpful and personable. She talked through different quote options with me and found me a good deal on a home and auto bundle. I really feel like she had my best interest in mind and I would recommend her services.

GBI am very satisfied with the coverage… I am very satisfied with the coverage and the deal I got from the company. I was looking for good coverage with a reasonable price, because my last insurance went to high. The agent Matt Bonjour was very helpful with his recommendations.

GBWaste of time! I was directed to Covered through a moving concierge program. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with the first agent, while he checked for both auto and home insurance for our move from FL to GA. He quoted me a great price on both policies using Progressive, and then said he'd be back in touch on 3/12/24 to firm things up. He never called back. I called them and got a different agent, who put all the items together that the first agent had, and then asked for our home inspection report. He sent that to Progressive and they rejected us for home insurance. That report was for us to negotiate a better deal on this house. It's an old house and has had a couple of leaks that were repaired at the time and never a problem again. I called Traveler's immediately and got great policies on both home and auto - no inspection report requested. I spent well over 4 hours with agents from Covered and got only more worry and dread.

GBJake was incredibly helpful and… Jake was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We spent some extra time going through the policies and adding some additional liability coverage I thought would be prudent given past experiences. Jake helped me do this with 'sensible' suggestions that would not break the bank.
