GBWaste of time and money I started this process in June of 2018 and the process is finally complete. Between state and federal I owed about ten thousand dollars, I went to fidelity believing they'd significantly lower what I owed. After investing a year and over 3300.00 dollars in Fidelity Tax Relief, I still owe ten thousand dollars. I wish I could say my experience was like the others, but it wasn't. They concluded by telling me that I had to set up a payment plan. I could have done that by myself for free. David Lazaro had me convinced that there would be a noticeable difference. I may owe one or two hundred less after working with Fidelity, but again, I invested over 3300.00. It wasn't worth the time and effort, copying pay check stubs, bank statements, bills on several occasions. This was a terrible and embarrassing experience for me.

He's always responded to my emails & text message immediately. He's always explains the situations thoroughly anytime I was confused or didn't understand. GBRequesting documents I believe requesting a 2:days notice (really just 1 day) to submit documents is a short notice - because the request was to submit documents next day by 8:30 am Pacific time zone, and I live in a central time zone. Meaning - the request was really a 1 day notice.

GBThey put a great deal of effort into… They put a great deal of effort into helping their clients. Friendly and good service. But don’t expect to not pay for this service as they charge over and above the original fee to secure their help in order to continue helping you with the IRS.

GBCan’t comment until case has been… Can’t comment until case has been closed. Also first time using type of service. Lots of paperwork, documents involved. Case manager does contact client on case and gives updated information.
