I'm a type of person that doesn't trust… I'm a type of person that doesn't trust to many people in business. Employees at Fidelity tax relief are very professional but also down to earth. Curtious, polite, and definitly know their job. Kinda like asking your friend to do your taxes. Someone you can trust to get the job done right, and someone who cares about your tax problems. Nadia Lavarreda is our Case Rep Nadia Lavarreda is our Case Rep, she is kind and a very pleasant soothing person to work with, very pleased to have her on our case, Thank you Nadia! Hard to give a comment on how well they were able to reduce our years owed, until they settled the case w/ the IRS. This is our first time using this type of service. Pray the outcome will be worth singing their praises to all who consider their services. I will be rating & doing another review once all settled.

Can’t comment until case has been… Can’t comment until case has been closed. Also first time using type of service. Lots of paperwork, documents involved. Case manager does contact client on case and gives updated information.

I've had an excellent experience… I've had an excellent experience working with Vaughn Martin at Fidelity! He's been there for me 100% right from the start. He's always responded to my emails & text message immediately. He's always explains the situations thoroughly anytime I was confused or didn't understand. I felt I was in great hands and he was genuinely there to for me and listened to me when I needed to vent. I'm very grateful to have had him as my Case Manager! Thank you so much
