They put a great deal of effort into… They put a great deal of effort into helping their clients. Friendly and good service. But don’t expect to not pay for this service as they charge over and above the original fee to secure their help in order to continue helping you with the IRS.

Hard to give a comment on how well they were able to reduce our years owed, until they settled the case w/ the IRS. This is our first time using this type of service. I would have appreciated being told there is an initial cost to work your case and then additional attorney fees. Having a hardship has made it difficult for me to come up with money. Better to be told ahead of time.

so far they have done what they've… so far they have done what they've said. although contact is minimal i'm guessing that is just due to the slow process. they have gone above and beyond as far as financial payments. they are expensive and i hope i get my money's worth. everyone i talk with there is always nice and very helpful, especially my case manager Yesenia.
