UDC- a big mistake UDC assured me I would save $$ . In reality I was harassed for 8 months by creditors. UDC did not have “relationships” with most of these .companies. Most of the CC companies refused to even negotiate with UDC. The money I managed to avoid paying the CC companies instead went to UDC as their “handling fee”. As a result of me dealing with UDC my credit is completely shot for the next couple of years. I could have delt with these CC companies myself and reached a settlement quicker under more favorable terms.

SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT - they send notices that threaten collections but are trying to sell you debt consolidation services. It's misleading and possibly fraudulent. They do not print any license information in their letter which would violate the law for any financial company. I will be complaining to the state financial authority. Here's a tip, if you need to scare and mislead people to earn a living, your business is not respectable. You are bad people. Think about it and try to do something decent in the world. Unemployment is low, you don't have to hurt people to make a living.

Worst organisation to call into your… Worst organisation to call into your life for help!! All they care is their own fee collection- after two years being with this program, paying them up to five hundred dollars every month I find out that I have none of the credits paid off!!! Calling them first hand was biggest mistake, and recommending them to others make a me feel guilty very much!!!!

I started with this company in 2017 I started with this company in 2017. I made my payments every month on time. It’s now 2022 and they STILL have not finished paying my creditors. I had Marshall’s knocking on my door 4/5 different times to serve/summon me. I was sued. Last year I received 1099 from 2 of the largest creditors that they never told me they settled so I owed the IRS as it is considered income. Just today I received a call after over a year saying they are still working on my account. This company is dishonest, unprofessional and I will tell everyone DO NOT USE them. The amount of stress this company has caused me is unbearable. They are the worst. They should be investigated and sued for false claims and lying. Find another credit company. Worst experience of my life.

BAD CHOICE!!!! BAD CHOICE!!!! I SHOULD NEVER HAVE TRUST THIS ORGANIZATION. MY LOAN WAS PAID OFF IN FEBRUARY 2018, BUT THEY CONTINUED TO DEDUCT SERVICE CHARGES FROM THE $100. OVERAGE AND REFUNDED ME LESS THAN $50. I HAVE REPEATEDLY MADE REQUESTS FOR FINAL PAPERWORK TO SHOW THAT THIS ACCOUNT IS PAID IN FULL. AS OF THIS DATE (06-14-25018) I AM STILL WAITING ON THE PAPERWORK AND THE REMAINING PORTION OF MONIES DUE ME. VERY UPSET CUSTOMER?
